Pepper Steak

This meal was a big hit! The green beans with mushrooms were spicy and tangy, the pepper steak was tender and flavorful.
I recommend these two websites for the recipes. 
There are a couple of things I didn't have in the pantry but substituted and the flavor came out delicious.
Instead of Dry Sherry, I used Red Wine Vinegar. 
Instead of Dry Mustard, I used regular mustard x3
I also didn't add all the vegetables it asked such as celery, tomatoes and green onions.
Instead, I used red and green bell pepper as well as red onion.

Delicious!
The recipe created a great sauce to add on top of the white rice!
